2. Use of Services & Platform Integrations
Our platform enables creators and partners to manage, schedule, and publish video content, choreography showcases, and creative campaigns across authorized third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn):
- You agree to use the application solely for lawful, authorized content management purposes.
- You agree to comply fully with the Community Guidelines and Developer Terms of all connected third-party platforms.
- You remain solely responsible for the copyright, authenticity, and licensing of all media content scheduled or published through your connected accounts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, choreographic designs, artistic works, software components, and branding displayed on this platform are the exclusive property of Quang Dang and LIFEDANCE Studio, unless otherwise credited. Connecting your account does not grant any ownership rights to our underlying software or creative assets.
4. Third-Party Platform Policies
This service operates via official APIs provided by third-party platforms. We are not responsible for account suspensions, algorithmic distribution, or policy actions taken by external platforms against your connected accounts.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Quang Dang or LIFEDANCE Studio be liable for indirect, consequential, or operational losses arising from API downtime or third-party service interruptions.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as necessary to reflect feature upgrades or compliance requirements. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
